History Through Hats: Art Lecture & Activity

Program Locations:

This two-hour presentation by an experienced educator from Bard Graduate Center includes a talk on the fascinating history of hats. Vintage and contemporary examples, images of famous figures and their hats as well as special hat-making tools will be shown.  The talk will be followed by an activity session where participants will create their own hats with paper, ribbon, buttons, and other materials.

Registration required.  Space limited.
