As a child, when Thebe Medupe built his first telescope in a remote African village, his world changed forever . Today, as an Astrophysicist, he journey’s into Africa and we discover a world unknown.

His journey leads us from the ancestral land of Namibia’s hunter-gatherers, the Ju//’hoansi, to the ancient villages of the Dogon in Mali and north to reveal the secrets of the Sahara.
