Arthritis Basics for Change (ABC) Program

Program Locations:

Riverdale Library

 The New York Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation will be at the Riverdale Branch to give a one hour talk covering the basics of arthritis, exercise, diet, talking to your doctor, types of medications and alternative therapies. At the conclusion of the program, participants will receive a free workbook.

Registration is required.  To register, please call 718-549-1212.  

All Public Library Programs are free of charge.
