Join us for a classic movie every Wednesday morning.

This week's movie is: The Time Machine (1960). Fantasy filmmaker George Pal brings the H.G. Wells classic to the screen with vivid success. Rod Taylor is a determined, turn-of-the-century scientist who invents a time machine despite the skepticism of his colleagues. After a few diversions in the twentieth century, he is propelled eighty centuries into the future where he leads the passive Eloi people in revolt against the subterranean Morlocks.

Starring Rod Taylor and Alan Young. Turner/MGM. Not rated. 103 minutes.
