Carnegie Hall’s Neighborhood Concert Series: Gregory Porter

Share

January 11, 2013

Program Locations:

Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, Langston Hughes Auditorium

Sold-Out! No advance waiting list. We will release registered seats 15 minutes before showtime. Those without tickets should arrive early (at least 45 minutes before showtime) to the Schomburg and wait on a special line for non-ticket holders. Waiting on this line does not guarantee admission.

Gregory Porter, a sharp-dressing showstopper, has exploded onto the international scene as the newly crowned king of vocal jazz. You can hardly ask for more when you hear Porter’s righteous baritone, soulful scatting, and warm musicality.

Carnegie Hall’s Neighborhood Concert Series is a program of the Weill Music Institute and is sponsored by Target®.
