My Favorite Things

Presented By:
Artist, Ann Marie McDonnell

Objects often have stories and the artist invites children and adults to bring an object to Richmondtown Library on December 1st. We will photograph you and record your story and the artist will talk about public art and the bronzing process as well as display the molds from her sculpture, The Bird Named Goldilocks in Clove Lakes Park and The Rook that had been displayed at the Staten Island Children’s Museum and the Staten Island Museum.

This project is made possible by the DCA Art Fund Grant from the Council on the Arts & Humanities for Staten Island, with public funding from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.
