The Dance Historian Is In: Screening #3

Program Locations:
New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center, Third Floor Screening Room

James Waring in "Two Moon Dances" (1962)David Vaughan, archivist of the Merce Cunningham Dance Company and author of Merce Cunningham/65 Years, will introduce and show videos featuring the work of choreographer, dancer, and designer James Waring in the Third Floor Screening Room, at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.
SEATING IS LIMITED, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Any remaining seats on the day of the screening will be available on a first come, first served basis. Coats and large bags must be checked at the Third Floor coat check. Doors open at 1:30pm.
UPDATE: 11/08/2012 - Due to Hurricane Sandy, the James Waring Screening was cancelled. It will be rescheduled for a future date, and information will be posted on the NYPL website.
