Sarah (Robin Tunney), a seventeen-year-old with a troubled past, is uprooted by her parents and moved to Los Angeles where she begins her senior year at Saint Benedict’s Academy. Sarah is a stranger at the coed Catholic school until she meets Nancy (Fairuza Balk), Bonnie (Neve Campbell), and Rochelle (Rachel True), a brigade of black lipstick and nails girls who have been dabbling in witchcraft. Now, with the addition of a fourth would-be witch, their union is powerful enough to make their wishes come true . . . and dangerous enough to make their enemies sorry.
