Financial Information, Money Matters @NYPL: Financial Planning in a Period of Tax Uncertainty
Program Locations:
The current environment in Congress has created substantial uncertainty regarding future tax rates and rules. The result is that tax planning for people and companies is difficult. But it’s not impossible!
Daniel D. Olson, CFA, CFP discusses the tools you can use to follow the tax debatesand determine the impact of rule changes on you. Presented from the perspective of a financial planner rather than the accountant, he’ll go beyond the headline talk of tax rates and discuss the stealth taxes that may sneak up on all of us. This lecture is recommended for every taxpayer because tax changes (or non changes) on January 1, 2013 will impact every taxpayer.
Seating is on a first come, first seated basis unless otherwise noted.
