Musical Theatre research program

New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center

The Summer Musical Theatre Workshop at Fordham University's Lincoln Center campus spent an afternoon at LPA, learning how to use the Library to research songs, scripts and production material.  The event also included a session on early 20th century songwriters Irving Berlin, the Gershwins, Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, and Rodgers & Hart in The Great American Revue exhibition, which includes original scores by each.
