Free Comic Book Day is a single day - the first Saturday in May each year - when participating comic shops and libraries across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely free. *Comics will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Limit of one single comic book per customer. Program starts at 1:00 PM on the first floor. Just look for the tables by the elevators. For more information on the event, please visit the website www.freecomicbookday.com

Patrons who "Like" Mid-Manhattan's Facebook page or who follow us on Twitter @midmanhattanlib may qualify for an additional comic. If you Like us or follow us already, you also qualify. Please bring in confirmation of this, either with a printout or by showing staff members via a mobile device or smartphone. Raffles for additional comics will also be held during the event. Ask at the free comic table on May 5th for more details. A second comic is only available while supplies last.

*Please not that some comic titles may not be suitable for all ages.

Events are on the 1st Floor, unless otherwise noted.
