Mucus is found in the nose, mouth, lungs, stomach and intestines. Wherever mucus is found it is working to protect and lubricate mucous membranes in the body. Students learn about the relationship between germs and mucus, and why mucus is important. Presented by the Children's Museum of Manhattan for ages 6 to 12. Limited to 25 participants.
