Gears and Clocks
Event Details
Children take a closer look at gears and pendulums and discuss how they are used in clocks. Participants take apart a mechanical clock and look at the mechanisms that make it run before creating a time keeping contraption of their own. Presented by the Children's Museum of Manhattan. For ages 6 and older.
