Diversity Visa Lottery
The Mid-Manhattan Library will assist people who wish to submit an online entry for the Diversity Visa Lottery 2014 with a digital photograph for the U.S. Department of State Diversity Immigrant Visa Program.
Library staff can take digital photographs of the applicants and make computers available for applicants to use to complete their online entries.
This service is provided only from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the Computer Classroom on the 4th floor. Scanning of existing photographs is not available.
