Program Locations:

Mid-Manhattan Library

Learn basic Mandarin Chinese!

No prior Chinese language experience is required. Learn using the Mango Languages database on the New York Public Library website.  
 
First session: Introduction and orientation to the Mango Languages program. In the following sessions the native speaking instructor reinforces and practices material covered in the Mango lessons. Accurate pronunciation is emphasized.
 
 Tuesdays, September 27 - November 29, 2011. 
                    6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
             Group meets in Room 101 on the first floor.
 
Drop-in participants are allowed; however each learner is responsible for covering previous Mango lessons (usually 2 per session) on their own.
