Share

September 24, 2011

Program Locations:

Bronx Library Center

Join us in a series of workshops (from 10am to1 pm) developed for anyone interested in finding their roots in Puerto Rico, and other Latin American countries.

These free classes feature "Introduction to Hispanic Family Research", "Puerto Rican Genealogy for Beginners", "Social Networks and Genealogy", and a special hands-on workshop on the use of Ancestry.com, where you can begin your own search! If you have ever wondered about your family history, who were your ancestors and how they lived, and died, this is the event you've been waiting for.

You will learn how easy it is to find your family's history without leaving New York, and explore some resources that are available with information about your family's past.
