Program Locations:

Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, Margaret Liebman Berger Forum

UPDATE, August 19th: The registration for this event is NOW FULL. If you want to attend another Design*Sponge event, check out their New York book launch party at West Elm on Sept. 13th.

Join crafty librarian Jessica Pigza of the Rare Book Division and Crafternoon author Maura Madden for a free DIY day at the Library.  We'll be joined by Design*Sponge founder Grace Bonney for an afternoon of fabric stamp inspiration. Attendees will get to create their own stamp and use it to make custom printed fabric. If you'd like, you can bring a fabric tote bag, pillow case, or other small fabric item to personalize; or, you can practice with the basic cotton fabric squares we'll have to share. And, we'll have copies of Grace's new book, Design*Sponge at Home, available for sale and autographing on the spot too!
