July—Stories of Other Worlds
Science Fiction, Fantasy, Supernatural

Fair Game by Philip K. Dick
Professor Anthony Douglas was the most knowledgeable nuclear physicist in the United States. His life at Bryant College in the Colorado Rockies was peaceful and satisfying. Until the day he noticed a giant eye peering at him from above as if through a microscope.

The Night Wire by H. F. Arnold
John Morgan is the night wire operator at a west coast newspaper. He transcribes the news telegraphed from all over the globe throughout the long, lonely nights, primarily bad news of fires, disasters, suicides, and murders from Singapore, London, Calcutta,  New York. No one had ever heard of Xebico until the night wire reported a strange, deadly fog enveloping the entire town.
