Free and Low Cost Health Insurance Workshop

Do you need health insurance?  Think you can't afford or won't qualify for free or low cost health coverage? 

The 96th Street Branch Library, in partnership with the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, invite you to our "Free and Low Cost Health Insurance Workshop", Tuesday, August 24th, at 5:30pm.  You will learn about eligibility, qualifications and the application process for public health insurance from Medicaid, Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus, and other low cost options. A representative will be available to speak with individuals after the lecture. This workshop is open to anyone and all screenings are confidential.
