Two women bring their timeless intuition and expression to the Riverside Branch.
Zelda Goldberg resides in New York City and is known for her expressions and emotions demonstrated in her “Faces” works in charcoal, pencil pen, ink and pastel. She is with the Art Students League in New York City since 2003. Zelda’s background includes the Chicago Institute and the Dallas Art Institute. She studied with Leroy Neiman, and under McGill-Anatomy and Oils.
Jeanne’s Exhibitions include the Washington Square Shows in New York and Queens N.Y. at The Sons of Italy Hall. She is currently a member of WSAC in New York. While her work displays the interest in early Immigration to Ellis Island. Jeanne is also inspired by her life off The Hudson River in New York City. Her works are hanging in a company Office of Amerivents, and with numerous private collections in the USA.
Jeanne Claire studied privately with the artist Robert Barrell formerly known in his work as “An Indian Space Artist” in the 1930’s and 1940’S.
