About the Artist:
R.W. Meric began studying art after a career in law. For the past few years, she has concentrated on the art ofprintmaking, especially monoprints. The works on display in “Other Places Other Views” were inspired by wide open spaces not usually seen in New York City – views from the roadside in the Great Plains here on earth and images of celestial bodies far out in space.
