Encounter hawks, owls, falcons or other species up close as we explore the adaptations of these winged wonders and examine the mechanics behind bird flight! Touch raptor artifacts such as talons, skulls, and feathers. A lucky volunteer may even get to help with some of the demonstrations. Recommended for children ages 5 and older. Presented by New Canaan Nature Center. Limit to 25 participants, please register by phone or in-person.

The program will include two literary prize-winning one act plays: The Hunch by Eulalie Spence (1927), Exit, an Illusion by Marita Bonner (1927) and Tell Me Again, folk tales collected by Zora Neale Hurston and Joel Chandler Harris, dramatized by Dave DeChristopher.
