Join us for a fun exercise class for all ability levels! Volunteers trained by the Health Promotion Services unit of NYC’s Department for the Aging will lead participants in a well-balanced series of exercises for all ability levels. No special clothing or equipment is necessary. *Those participating in the exercises must sign an activity release form.

3 p.m.Pumpkins to Jack O’ Lanterns
Children will use crayons, tissue paper, construction paper & glue to design both a pumpkin & a jack o’ lantern. We will learn the Miss Navida song My Little Orange Pumpkin & use the two sides of our art project in the singing of the song. We will end with everyone helping to tell the story The Littlest Pumpkin. For children ages 5 and older. Limit to 20 participants.

Apply your artistic talent to something you can actually wear! Each student has a choice of fabric--even recycled fabrics--and use paints, beads, glitter, silk flowers, buttons and colorful candy wrappers to create art that they can hang or even wear! All materials will be provided. Presented by PJ Cobbs. For ages 12 to 18 years old.
