Join us for a free, fun Stay Well exercise session. Stay Well volunteers certified by the NYC's Department for the Aging will lead participants in a well-balanced series of exercises for seniors of all ability levels. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Exercise equipment will be provided. Those participating in the exercises must sign an activity release form.

Join us for an 8-week writing workshop led by Kip Zegers in which each week participants will produce a piece of writing in prose (short fiction, flash fiction, prose poetry, creative non-fiction) or poetry based on a prompt provided by the instructor. Let’s write together, and see what comes out! This is a drop-in workshop so registration is not required. Writers are encouraged to attend each week but you can attend as often or as little as you like.
