Zumba with Miriam
Zumba is a mixture of merengue, salsa, cha-cha, cumbia, reggaeton dance mixed with exercise conducted by Miriam. Zumba provides an effective total workout where you can lose body fat, gain muscle, improve posture, alignment and balance and feel more energetic! Participants should wear loose clothing or shorts and sneakers. Miriam is a Zumba certified instructor, AFFA group class instructor and ISSA personal trainer.

Summer Reading
Birds of Prey
A Summer Reading Program Encounter hawks, owls, falcons or other species up close as we explore the adaptations of these winged wonders and examine the mechanics behind bird flight! Touch raptor artifacts such as talons, skulls, and feathers. A lucky volunteer may even get to help with some of the demonstrations. Recommended for ages 5 and older. Presented by New Canaan Nature Center.
