P. G. Wodehouse was an American and English novelist, poet, playwright, journalist, and short-story writer.

Scope and Content Note Table of Contents

This is a synthetic collection consisting of typescripts, correspondence, and legal documents. The typescripts consist of plays and an apologia by the author, as well as plays and musical comedies co-written by the author with Guy Bolton, Menyhert Lengyel, and John Stapleton. The correspondence consists of letters from Wodehouse to the literary agency James B. Pinker and Son, dating from 1905 to 1934, and letters from Herbert Mitgang to Wodehouse dating from 1967 to 1975.
