67th Street Branch Records, Manuscripts and Archives Division, The New York Public Library.
The 67th Street Branch of The New York Public Library was opened in 1905. The library building was designed by the architectural firm of Babb, Cook & Willard and was constructed with funds provided by Andrew Carnegie. The branch closed for extensive renovation at the end of August 1951 and re-opened to the public on May 26, 1952.
