DISCO a decade of saturday nights

Disco -- it was the soundtrack to the sexual revolution and a hugely influential musical trend that still touches dance floors around the world. Disco: A Decade of Saturday Nights was developed by Experience Music Project, the innovative museum in Seattle, Washington. The interactive exhibit, curated by Eric Weisbard, Ann Powers and Ben London, illuminates disco's disparate origins in New York's underground black and gay nightclubs, and its phenomenal success in middle America.
