I agree this is yet another example of how poor this website is. Also, books do not renew properly on mobile; logging in is erratic and placing holds is totally nonfunctional. Even using the Leoline renewal telephone number you have have the number of the item to see if it was renewed, since the renewal by phone does not recite its title any longer.

It seems that the library is making it hard to renew so that fines will be increased.
