Garbage remains a paramount public health issue, even in the dawn of the 21st century. We have technology to harness energy from the sun, the wind, the water, and even from bug-eating robots, but we don't have the willingness to care about the trash we throw away, or how much we generate.

As a recent public health graduate, I hope to one day reverse this garbage trend in NY!
