I recently was walking through the library and picked North of Beautiful up to check it out. While reading, I cried, laughed, and even got angry at the book. My favorite kind of novel is the ones that does just that, evoke emotion. Finally when I put it down, I was a little sad, because it was over, but changed because I have found my "True North." North of beautiful was an all around wonderful novel.
