Menu Collection Database

The database contains 26,000 records describing individual menus. Menus are available in the Rare Book Division.

Subjects: New York City History; United States History; American Studies

Dates of Coverage: The Collection is strongest for the period between 1890 and 1910. There is also a number of menus from earlier and later dates.
