— to Brooklyn Bridge; walk north to Worth St.; right on Worth St. to Park Row; cross Park Row; left on East Broadway; walk 1 1/2 blocks to branch.

— to Chambers St.; take M22 Madison St. bus to Madison and Catherine Sts.

— to West Fourth St.; transfer to on the Sixth Ave. Line (then see below).

— to East Broadway; (exit via escalator at north end of platform) walk three blocks west; on East Broadway to Catherine St. or take M9 bus west on Essex St. to Catherine St.
