The largest collection of materials about the visual and graphic arts, the Art Collection contains about 40,000 volumes, plus periodicals and microforms. It includes critical, historical, and biographical works on all aspects of the visual arts, featuring:

Art Index, Bibliography of the History of Art (BHA), ArtBibliographies Modern, Avery Index to Architectural Periodicals, and Design and Applied Arts Index are available electronically (only at the Library) for accessing articles in magazines, newspapers and journals.
