Verrazano Bridge (use lower level) feeds directly into the Staten
Island Expwy, (278W). After paying toll, bear extreme right to Bay
St. Exit. Follow Bay St. (approximately 10 minutes) to Slosson Terrace
(traffic light). Here, make a left turn onto Slosson Terrace; follow
to stop sign. At stop sign, right turn onto Central Ave. The Library
Center is on the corner of Central Ave. and Hyatt St.
