Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in helping
people make the most out of their lives.
She has appeared as a guest host on a number of radio shows

programs and featured in such publications as the Wall Street Journal,
the Washington Post, Newsday, BusinessWeek.com, and CNNfn.com.
In addition to her private practice, Ms. Berger conducts

Coach Federation. She lives in Kay Gimmestad is a business and personal coach. She has more than 20 years of experience in the profit and not for profit sectors of Health and Human Services and Human Resources. Ms. Gimmestad has achieved a successful track record in engaging a wide range of corporate and private clients, both individually and in groups. She is highly skilled in facilitating change around such issues as substance abuse, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, stress/wellnes, communication skills and performance management. Kay Gimmestad has worked as a clinician in the mental health field for more than 20 years. She earned her Master’s degree in social work from New York University School of Social Work and is credentialed as a substance abuse professional. Carol Anderson
is a member of the Career Development Specialists Network (CDSN). She has worked extensively with individuals
in transition in a wide range of professions and industries. Ms. Anderson maintains a private practice in
addition to her work as Director of Career Development and Placement
for the Milano Graduate School of New School University. Ms. Anderson’s expertise is in guiding the development
of a career focus and skills portfolio to foster career resilience
in a global marketplace. She

Club of New York, an “ask the experts” panelist for
College Recruiter.com, a regular presenter of job search workshops
to Job Seekers of Montclair, and a frequent speaker to professional

Ms. Anderson holds an MBA in finance from Karen Palevsky
is a career counselor with particular expertise in resume writing
and job search skills coaching.
Ms. Palevsky manages a private practice with a diverse client
base, providing one-on-one counseling and conducting workshops on
career management issues. She also consults for Lee Hecht Harrison, a
leading outplacement firm. Ms.
Palevsky holds an M.A. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and
a certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development, both from
Donna Sweidan As a clinical career counselor and job search
coach, Ms. Sweidan draws on 10 years of experience working with
clients of all ages, cultural backgrounds and levels of professional
development. Her services include career coaching and assessment,
resume writing, interview skills training, job search planning and
graduate school applications. She
