Bronx Overall Economic Development Agency (BOEDC)
The Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (BOEDC) is a one-stop resource center for business and industry in the borough. It is the economic consultant to the Office of Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrión and the federally-designated agency for economic development in the county.

Bronx VESID (Vocational and Education Services for Individuals with Disabilities
The mission of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID) is to promote educational equity and excellence for students with disabilities while ensuring that they receive the rights and protection to which they are entitled; assure appropriate continuity between the child and adult services systems; and provide the highest quality vocational rehabilitation and independent living services to all eligible persons as quickly as those services are required to enable them to work and live independent, self-directed lives.

CWE/Bronx Worker Career Center
The Consortium for Worker Education (CWE), Worker Career Centers (WCCs) are the CWE’s central career counseling and job placement programs. The Centers offer short-term training and education on site, referrals to myriad training programs throughout New York, information about educational programs of all types, career counseling and employment planning, job placement assistance and job development services.

New York State Department of Labor Division of Employment Services Offices
The New York State Department of Labor is New York State’s primary advocate for job creation and economic growth through workforce development. The department administers New York’s unemployment insurance system, labor exchange system, and Welfare-To-Work programs. The department also oversees state worker protection programs, including enforcement of safety and health regulations in the public sector, state labor laws and federal statutes related to working conditions, wages and hours, and laws related to Public Work. The Department of Labor serves as the State’s principal source for labor market information and offers a variety of services designed to help businesses find workers and people find jobs.
