The New York State Department of Labor and West Harlem Group Assistance, Inc. in partnership with West Harlem Development Corporation and McKissack Office Community Employment will present Construction Workforce Development in the Harlem Community on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Oberia D. Dempsey Multi-Service Center at 127 West 127 Street, between Lenox and 7th Avenues, doors open at 9:15 a.m.
