My Library: Diana

If this is any effort to help save libraries, I would love to share my story:  I have been coming to library regularly since the birth of my first child 8 years ago.  The library is a godsend on all those rainy days or too humid days... It is a place where kids and parents can go, and meet other families.

It also saves me a fortune.  I have 4 boys, ranging from ages 2 to 8, and I can rent CDs, videos and books all in one place

Additionally, the baby story times and the crafts etc that they have at the library have us there at least twice a week.  My sons' teachers have commented that it is obvious by their love of reading that my children attend the library regularly. I am convinced the all the "baby times" and story times have contributed to that.

I know the library is shaping my boys' lives in a very positive way.  It is opening whole new worlds to them without even leaving their neighborhood
