Ask NYPL Express opens the renowned collections of The New York Public Library to the world. Whether it's providing in-depth research from the Library’s vast print and online resources, reproducing images from the Library’s Digital Gallery, or supplying articles from journals, magazines, or newspapers, our staff is there to help you.

Ask NYPL Express is easy to use, prompt, and confidential. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Research

Our researchers are professionally trained information specialists. Drawing upon our many years of experience in all the collections of the Library. we are able to quickly find what you need.

Copies

Photocopies of newspaper and journal articles, patents, proceedings, government documents, reports, and book excerpts from one of the world's largest repositories can be quickly obtained.
