Scope/Contents Notes
The papers cover the seventy-year career of Anita Zahn as dancer and teacher and consist mainly of clippings, programs and press material.
Of particular interest are materials relating to the Elizabeth Duncan School of Dance, correspondence with Elizabeth Duncan, diary notes on the 1920 season in Switzerland, clippings from European newspapers of the 1910s and 1920s, and original programs of the Duncan School perfomances.
Biographical/Historical Note
Modern dancer and teacher, b.1904-d.1995, who studied and performed as a disciple of Isadora and Elizabeth Duncan.
