Scope/Contents Note

Collection consists of non-commercial sound recordings separated from the Joe Reisman collection of scores (located in the NYPL Music Division). Recordings include demo tapes compiled by Reisman, orchestral session tapes (primarily of Reisman's arrangements for Reader's Digest Music), recordings of Reisman's music for television showsincluding 'The Cop and the Kid' and the unproduced show 'The Aeromeds', and other recordings possibly submitted toReisman for his review.
