This is a synthetic collection consisting of manuscripts, a typescript, correspondence, and legal documents. The manuscript is a play by the author, entitled "Margaret Gillian"; the typescript is a review of MacNamara's work by William Butler Yeats. The correspondence includes letters, dating from 1927 to 1958, from the author to Ria Mooney.
Biographical/Historical Note
A. E. (or John) Weldon was an Irish novelist, playwright, poet, essayist, and theater critic. He wrote under the pseudonym Brinsley MacNamara.
