Collection consists of correspondence, family papers, financial records of John Wick and various members of the Wick and Blachly families. John Wick (of Southampton, N.Y.) accounts and financial records, 1688-1718, relate togeneral trade of everyday items. Blachly family correspondence, and miscellaneous family records such as wills and genealogical notes.
Biographical/Historical Note
John Wick was a merchant of Southampton, New York. The Blachly families were from Morristown, New Jersey, and Cincinnati, Ohio.
