Scope/Contents Note

Collection consists of Western Union financial and construction records. Financial statistics, 1867-1875, were kept by George B. Prescott, electrician for the company. Also, costs of construction and repair work on lines, 1873-1874; and records of orders for telegraph poles, 1911-1912.
