William Clement Drake Esdaile, English barrister and founding secretary of conservationist group The New ForestAssociation. Esdaile's sister-in-law was Eliza Ianthe Esdaile, née Shelley, daughter of Percy Bysshe Shelley andhis first wife, Harriet.
