Scope/Contents Note
Collection consists of detailed blueprint plans of historic buildings in New York City and various counties in New York State, many accompanied by historical narratives and photographs. Counties represented include Dutchess, Greene, Nassau, Putnam, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Ulster, Westchester, New York, Queens, Kings, andthe Bronx.

The Historic American Buildings Survey was conducted in the 1930s by the Office of National Parks, Buildings and Reservations, U.S. Dept. of the Interior.
