Papers consist of John Anderson's letters, accounts, clearance papers and other documents from his command of the "Calliope", sailing between New York and the West Indies, Nantes, etc., 1804-1805; also, the manifest of thebrig "Eliza", Leghorn to New York, 1806; personal accounts,1809-1820; letter of Isaac Jacques, 1822, relative to landof Mrs. Cain, Anderson's mother-in-law.
