About the Morris Park Library

The Morris Park branch became the neighborhood’s first library when it opened July 21, 2006. 

The 6,600-square-foot, two-level branch the New York Public Library’s 35th location in the borough and 86th overall. Located at 985 Morris Park Avenue, the library houses a collection of 25,000 adult, young adult and children books, audio recordings, and resources in English, Italian, Albanian, and Chinese. There also are 19 public-access computers and wireless Internet access.
