About the Terence Cardinal Cooke-Cathedral Library


Located on the northwest corner of Lexington Avenue and 50th Street, the Terence Cardinal Cooke-Cathedral Branch began as part of the New York Archdiocese's Cathedral Library Association in 1887.

It is now one of the most compact branches of The New York Public Library and undergoing renovation.
